Legislative Update: President Obama Signs Legislation Funding Government Operations through December 11, 2015 September 2015

On September 30, 2015, the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate passed, and President Obama signed, legislation continuing government operations through December 11. The measure (P.L. 114-53) provides funding at the FY 2015 level minus an across-the-board cut of 0.21 percent. ARC's nonhighway programs received $90 million for FY 2015.
