Legislative Update: House Approves FY 2014 Energy and Water Development Appropriations BillJuly 2013 |
On July 10, 2013, the U.S. House of Representatives approved its FY 2014 energy and water development appropriations bill, which provides $70.3 million for ARC's nonhighway programs. The full Senate has not yet acted on the energy and water development appropriations bill approved by the Senate appropriations committee on June 27, which provides $68.2 million for ARC. Both figures are an increase over the Commission's FY 2013 post-sequester funding level of $64.9 million.
