Legislative Update: House Approves FY 2013 Energy and Water Development Appropriations Bill June 2012

On June 6, 2012, the U.S. House of Representatives approved its FY 2013 energy and water development appropriations bill, which provides $75.3 million for ARC's nonhighway programs. The full Senate has not yet acted on the energy and water development appropriations bill approved by the Senate appropriations committee on April 26, which provides $64.9 million for ARC. This is a 5 percent reduction from ARC's FY 2012 funding level and is consistent with the administration's FY 2013 budget request for ARC.
