Legislative Update: House Energy and Water Development Subcommittee Approves Increased Funding for ARC for FY 2013 April 2012

On April 18, 2012, the House Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development approved legislation containing funding for ARC's FY 2013 nonhighway programs. The bill provides $75.3 million, an increase of $7.1 million from ARC's FY 2012 funding level. The House Committee on Appropriations is expected to consider the bill soon. The Senate appropriations committee has not yet started work on its version of the legislation.
