As part of its new Appalachian Capital Policy Initiative, ARC is convening a capital policy advisory committee to determine what actions are needed to deal with current and future economic challenges related to business access to capital and credit in Appalachia. ARC anticipates that the group will meet several times in FY 2011 to develop recommendations and implement program activities. The committee's first meeting will be held Friday, December 10, 2010.
