Legislative Update: House Subcommittee Approves Increased Funding for ARC for FY 2010 June 2009

On June 25, 2009, the House Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development approved legislation containing funding for ARC's FY 2010 nonhighway programs. The bill provides $76 million, the amount requested by President Obama and an increase of $1 million from ARC's FY 2009 funding level. The House Committee on Appropriations is scheduled to consider the bill on July 7.
