Legislative Update: President Bush Signs ARC Fiscal Year 2004 Appropriations Bill December 2003

On December 1, 2003, President George W. Bush signed into law the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 2004 (P.L. 108-137). The legislation includes $66.0 million for the Appalachian Regional Commission's area development programs for fiscal year 2004.
