ARC Employees: Confidentiality for ARC employees is established by Section 7(b) of the Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended, which prevents the nonconsensual disclosure of the identity of an ARC employee who reports an allegation or provides information, unless the Inspector General determines that disclosure is unavoidable during the course of an investigation.
