Registered State Basic Agency Partners
In 2010 ARC authorized a registration process to allow state agencies with experience managing federally funded construction projects to administer ARC construction projects in the Appalachian Region. The following 13 state basic agencies have registered with ARC:
- Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA)
- Georgia Department of Community Affairs (GA DCA)
- Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA)
- Kentucky Department of Local Government (KY DLG)
- Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (MD DHCD)
- Mississippi Development Authority (MDA)
- New York Housing Trust Fund Corporation
- New York State Department of Economic Development (NYSDED)
- North Carolina Department of Commerce (NCDOC)
- Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA), with the Ohio Water Development Authority (OWDA) serving as fiscal agent
- South Carolina Department of Commerce (SCDOC)
- Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD)
- Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (VA DHCD)
